In a concert programme exploring the evening, the night, and the act of dreaming, Duartes vocal ensemble will be performing one of my recent compositions, Een Verbena, from the triptych Zomerpromenade. The programme will also include compositions by fellow Flemish composers, such as Lara Denies, Jan Van der Roost, and other choral favourites such as William Byrd, Ola Gjeilo, and Ēriks Ešenvalds.
